Great location, but a disappointing stay! Booked for 6 people, but only got 3 beds. The second cabin wasn't available until the next day. Poor communication, dirty floors, hair under the mattresses, and creaky beds.Gute Lage, aber enttäuschender Aufenthalt! Für 6 Personen gebucht, nur 3 Schlafplätze erhalten. Zweite Hütte erst am Folgetag zugänglich. Schlechte Kommunikation, schmutzige Böden, Haare unter Matratzen und quietschende Betten.

The mill is very beautiful. We stayed in the family room, which is beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy. It was truly a wonderful experience—I highly recommend it.Die Mühle ist sehr schön.

A lovely holiday rental on a hill with a beautiful view. It was a great place to stay for the six of us. The kitchen was nice and spacious, though a bit limited in terms of appliances (e.g., no kettle). All in all, we had a wonderful holiday!

All in all, it's a nice house, but unfortunately the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. It's a nice house, but the value for the price isn't there.

We had a wonderful vacation in that cozy vacation home. It was clean, and we had plenty of space. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the beautifully landscaped garden because of the weather. I'm sure it's very nice there in the spring and summer.

Great location for visiting Durpuy. Spacious and clean rooms. Everything you need (except a corkscrew), but there’s a supermarket nearby, as well as a bakery for fresh rolls. The jacuzzi and sauna make this place even more appealing!

Amazing view, fantastic hotel and room. And the room was so clean and well-maintained when we arrived. The breakfast was also excellent. In short, it was totally worth the drive up north!!! Thank you so muchGeweldig uitzicht, fantastisch hotel en kamer. Because Vipio finds it important that future users get a good idea of the quality of the accommodations that can be booked through us, we have collected all reviews and experiences on this page. These many thousands of reviews about Vipio hopefully show you, as a future user, that Vipio is a reliable booking platform. We do everything we can to ensure you can book your dream destination safely, reasonably, and easily. Therefore, all accommodations on Vipio are always assessed by us on quality and uniqueness. In addition, we thoroughly verify all hosts before they may rent out their accommodation on Vipio. This way, you can enjoy your stay at Vipio with complete satisfaction.
Only real reviews
If you want to review accommodation on Vipio, you can only do so if you have actually booked through Vipio and slept in the accommodation. So it is not possible for outsiders to post experiences on Vipio. This way, we ensure that nobody randomly posts positive or negative reviews on Vipio. This means that the reviews on Vipio are 100% reliable. One day after the check-out date, guests who have booked their accommodation through Vipio will personally receive a review form on which they can leave a review about their stay at Vipio. On this form, we ask guests how satisfied they were with, for example, the location, facilities, hygiene and friendliness of the host. We also point out that the criticism in a review should always be objective and honest. Apart from the comments about the accommodation, we always ask the reviewer to rate the accommodation with a number of stars (rating with a number from 1 to 5). The more stars the accommodation has, the higher the rating from our guests.
Customer service for questions, problems and complaints
If you have any questions about the accommodation before or after your stay, you can always take a look at our frequently asked questions. If you still require personal contact with one of the Vipio customer service staff, we look forward to hearing from you. We always try to respond to your query within 2 working days.
