Spend the night in a romantic water tower

How romantic is this! Spend the night in complete privacy at a height of no less than 41 meters!

This impressive water tower in Nes (on the mainland in Friesland) was built in 1957 and has been in use for almost 50 years. A few years ago the water tower was transformed into a hotel with 2 luxury suites. Spending the night in the water tower is a unique experience that you will probably never forget.

The water tower has 2 almost identical suites which have all modern amenities. You sleep on a spacious double bed, under Boomba Bamboo comforters, and have access to air conditioning, free wifi, a sitting area and an XL flat screen TV with cable channels. There is a kitchenette in each of the suites, a dining area and a private bathroom with a hairdryer, a rain shower and a romantic 2 persons bathtub. Furthermore, the bathroom is equipped with free toiletries. The accommodations have a coffee machine (nespresso), and a kettle with accessories is available. If you wish, a continental breakfast is served daily in this bed and breakfast. A vegan or halal breakfast is possible too (you can just book 'breakfast' and then pass on your breakfast wishes to the landlord after booking).

In clear weather, Terschelling and Ameland are clearly visible on the north side. To the west you look at the IJsselmeer. At night, you can enjoy the lights of Heerenveen in the distance.

You can park your car for free at the B&B and there is an elevator. After booking, you will receive a confirmation and a key code which will give you access to the suite. You will also receive the contact information for any questions or possibilities (there is no hostess or host present). The night is therefore completely contactless.
