Sleep in a mill from 1851 in South Holland

Are you looking for a unique place to spend the night (romantically)? Then come and sleep in this beautiful mill dating from 1851. The mill can be found in the village of Arkel in South Holland. From here you can plan many sights and day trips. The mill was recently converted and houses a number of beautiful rooms.

The rooms
Each of the rooms in the mill is uniquely decorated. The old elements of the almost 200-year-old mill can be recognized everywhere. The rooms all have box springs and various pillows of your choice. The luxurious bathrooms are very modern.

Breakfast
In this B&B, breakfast is optional. When booking your room you can add a breakfast. It contains freshly baked bread, juices, various toppings and cold cuts, and of course polder cheese. All this is nicely arranged in a breakfast basket. You can therefore have a nice picnic in bed or at the table.

Surroundings
In the province of South Holland there is plenty to do for people who like it busy as well as quiet. For example, if you can't get enough of windmills, you can visit the windmills of Kinderdijk. If you prefer shopping, you should of course visit Rotterdam. This trendy city has nice stores and terraces/restaurants. Would you rather enjoy the surrounding nature? Then go walking or cycling through the Biesbosch National Park.
