The Dutch owners have equipped this typical French house with a bright decor and natural materials. The house consists of 3 floors. On the first floor, entered from the outside, you will find the very spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink with a large wooden cabinet, and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer hidden in a closet. Next to the bathroom is the door to the covered lounge with a sofa, dining table and chairs, and two sun loungers to enjoy the sun. You could also set up a children's pool here.

On the second floor, you enter the living room with an open kitchen. It is tastefully decorated with a beautiful 2.5-seater leather sofa. From the living room, you access the third level via the stairs. Here you enter the bedroom with a double bed, an open wardrobe, and large drawers to store your things. In the bedroom, there is a second sink and the door to the toilet. The house is perfect for 2 adults and a family with 2 children. If the children come on holiday with you, they can climb up to their beds via the sturdy rope ladder. There is an intermediate level where two single mattresses are located. These additional beds are not suitable for adults. If you have a baby, a crib can be placed in the bedroom.

The uniqueness of this house lies in its layout and outdoor terraces, as well as its location right on the edge of the tourist French village of Murol. The special holiday home is only a few minutes' walk from the baker, butcher, and delicious restaurants of the village. The hiking and cycling trails start right outside the door. Discover charming villages in the surrounding area such as Saint Nectaire and Besse and Chandesse. If you like hiking, you can fully enjoy the volcanic area of Sancy, which is 15 km away. Super-Besse is on one side and 15 km further on the other side is Mont Dore.
