Special vacation home for 10 people

This special vacation home for 10 people is quietly situated in the middle of the village center of Merksplas (Belgium) on a plot of about 750 m². The enclosed garden was carefully designed by the owners of the vacation home and is a place of peace and quiet. Inside, too, much time has been put into creating a comfortable, warm atmosphere.

The house has 4 bedrooms that sleep 10 people in total. The little ones can crawl around safely and have their own chair and playpen. Teenagers have a ping pong table and a soccer table at their disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped, from beater to blender to bottle and can opener. For those who like to quietly read the newspaper or a book, there is a separate seating area that is integrated into the living room. The garden has several terraces with garden furniture where you can barbecue, a conservatory where you can relax and also a seasonal private pool.

The village is located close to the border with the Netherlands, bordering the unique Belgian-Dutch village of Baarle-Hertog and Baarle-Nassau. The municipality of Merksplas is home to the 'Colony of Merksplas' and together with the 'Colony of Wortel' it is part of the 'Colonies of Weldedadigheid' which have recently been recognized as Unesco World Heritage. Besides this, there are several nature reserves in Merksplas and its surroundings where nature lovers can enjoy endless hiking and cycling.
