Super nice stay. I definitely recommend it. The accommodation is beautiful, big enough and equipped with everything. The hospitality is fantastic and breakfast in the morning is special and delicious.

Spent 2 nights in the hobbit house,but personally I thought 1 night was enough,maybe it's because of my spider phobia,but if you don't like spiders,I don't recommend it.
2 nachtjes in het hobbithuisje geweest,maar Persoonlijk vond ik 1 nachtje wel genoeg,misschien komt het door mn spinnenfobie ,maar als je dus niet van spinnen houd,raad ik het af.

Luxurious bungalow,,only no, chair or sofa present that can give back support.
All furniture with a back of less than 40cm.
You can not sink under it, even the mini bench has a back of 30cm.
Very uncomfortable and painful.

Lekker er onderuit zakken lukt niet, ook het minibankje heeft maar een leuning van 30cm.

It is a unique wellness location just above Utrecht / Maarssen for two people who want to enjoy together in the large hot tub and sauna for two. Well cared for by a fantastic hostess. Highly recommended for couples.

My wife and I had a lovely romantic vacation at this boathouse. Everything was great. The house is small but exceptionally well-organized. You have everything you need there. Brenda was really helpful with all the instructions.

The accommodation was ideal for us, it was clean and tidy.
The landlord was always available for questions and made our stay very pleasant.
However, there was no Wi-Fi, which didn't bother us.

Der Vermieter stand für Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet.
Es gab jedoch kein W-Lan, was uns jedoch nicht störte.
The room rate is too high because, there is no daily cleaning, no air conditioning, you have to ask for towels if you stay more than 1 night
De kamerprijs is te hoog want, er is geen dagelijkse schoonmaak, geen airco, je moet om handdoeken vragen als je langer dan 1 nacht blijft
