This special holiday home is located right on the Reitdiep in Groningen. The holiday home has a grass roof and a unique design with large windows through which you can look beautifully outside. The detached house also has a sunny garden, a large terrace facing south and a private jetty in the river. The house offers tranquillity and breathtaking wide views. And that just 15 minutes drive from the cosy and versatile city of Groningen!

The house is 100 m2 and equipped for six people. The house is equipped with every luxury. There is underfloor heating, a cosy wood stove, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, Nespresso coffee machine, washer and dryer. There are three bedrooms: two bedrooms have a double bed (one with box spring). The third bedroom has a modern pull-out bed. Throughout the house there is an excellent internet connection via fibre with 100 Mbps download and 100 Mbps upload.

Surroundings
If you are lovers of peace and nature then this is the place to be. Take your bike and visit the Lauwersmeer National Park. In this area of water and islands, forest, reed beds and rough grasslands, over 100 bird species breed and tens of thousands of geese winter here every year. A visit to the seal sanctuary in Pieterburen is also a nice outing. Would you still prefer to seek out the hustle and bustle? In the city of Groningen you can do plenty of shopping, sit on a terrace or visit a nice museum.
