Beautiful 10-person apartment on Ameland

This former farm on the Wadden Island of Ameland has recently been completely renovated, with the barn converted into a unique apartment complex. Here you can stay overnight with as many as 10 people and enjoy space, tranquillity, beautiful sunrises, meadow birds and especially the feeling of freedom. The village of Ballum is just a stone's throw away and can rightly be called a gem.

The apartment
This 10-person apartment (over 100 m2) is fully equipped. The apartment consists of an upper and lower floor. Layout: Downstairs 1 bedroom, shower (with double sinks), toilets (2), living room and kitchen. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, bathroom (with bath, toilet and double sinks). Outside an enclosed private terrace. From the spacious living room with an open kitchen, the terrace is accessible through the French doors. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, Senseo and filter coffee maker. The apartment is non-smoking and one pet is allowed.

Surroundings
The apartment is right behind the Wadden Sea dyke and the village is about 5 minutes away and the beach is about 2 km. Wadden Island Ameland belongs to one of the nicest places in the Netherlands for a nice holiday or weekend away. In the villages Hollum, Ballum, Nes and Buren you will find monumental buildings where whalers used to live. Now you will find mostly boutiques, cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do on the island. For example, go hiking, cycling (90km of cycle paths), mudflat hiking or sailing. Of course, when the weather is nice, you can also enjoy the beach and the sea here!
