The vacation home is equipped with many conveniences and is the ideal accommodation for a wonderful week, midweek (Mo-Fr) or weekend away! The vacation home can be found in a nostalgic barn in a small vacation park right by the Uitgeestermeer (lake in North Holland). In the immediate vicinity of the park, there are excellent swimming and water sports facilities within easy reach. The park also has a good restaurant, an ice cream parlor and a nature playground.

This semi-detached vacation home is suitable for a total of 12 persons, making it ideal for large groups. The house has 4 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. There is also a bedroom with two 1-person box spring beds and a bunk bed, and finally there is a bedroom with 2 bunk beds. There are 3 bathrooms; 2 with shower, toilet and sink and 1 with shower, sink and bathtub. The spacious living room has a large, attractively furnished sitting and dining area with a flat screen TV. The large open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, two dishwashers, an oven, a combination microwave, a Quooker and a Nespresso coffee machine. You can also arrange for a crib and high chair on-site.

At the front of the house, you can relax on the spacious terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture. From here, you have a view of the playground. At the rear is also a fenced garden. The vacation home is equipped with Wi-Fi (free).

The park has a natural playground and a large lawn where children can play. Directly adjacent to the park is a (public) swimming lake. The restaurant in the park has a spacious terrace. The historic building with its authentic mill is used as an ice cream parlor where you can enjoy traditional ice cream.

Surroundings
The immediate vicinity of this accommodation offers a lot to do. The Uitgeestermeer is perfect for sailing, cycling and walking. If you want to visit a city, then cities like Alkmaar, Zaandam, Haarlem and Amsterdam are no more than 30 minutes away. For a sea and beach day, you can go to Castricum aan Zee, Wijk aan Zee or Egmond aan Zee. Museums such as the Zaanse Schans, the archaeological center Huis van Hilde and the Bunker Museum in IJmuiden are also well worth a visit.
