This spacious penthouse for 10 people can be found in a beautifully situated vacation park. The penthouse has a fantastic view over the green hills. It is located on the lively village street of the park and is ideal for large families or a group of friends.

You have access to no less than 5 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, showers, sinks and toilets. The penthouse also has its own sauna! In the cozy living room, you will find a dining and sitting area with s flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio / CD player. You also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with luxury appliances such as a gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious balcony with an impressive view.

Of course, your accommodation has free Wi-Fi. You can park your car in the central parking lot within walking distance.

Park
The park has various facilities. At the supermarket in the park you can get delicious warm bread rolls, various spreads and cold cuts, and fresh orange juice every day. There is also a restaurant in the park. The menu offers various dishes and there is an extensive children's menu for the little ones, too. There is also a pizzeria in the park where you can eat and take away pizzas. In the summer months, you can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool at the resort. Enjoy the sunshine and delicious ice cream on the sun loungers by the pool. From your lounger, you have a breathtaking view of the Rur valley. There is also a lovely heated indoor pool! If you want to discover the surroundings, you can also go to the bicycle rental at the park.

Surroundings
There is plenty to do in the vicinity of the park, too. Of course, you can go hiking or biking in the surrounding nature. A visit to the town of Monschau is also worthwhile. It is one of those picturesque towns you must have seen. The small German city is located at the edge of the Eifel and the Belgian Ardennes. In the historic center of Monschau, little has changed in the past 200 years. Would you rather do something more active? Then go to the amusement park Phantasialand.

Due to its location, this accommodation is not suitable for people in wheelchairs. The villas are built on a slope and therefore not or less suitable for people with mobility problems.
