Swimming is allowed in the lake, making it the ideal destination for summer vacations. In addition, the tent is located on a real family campsite and is especially a popular destination for families with children. Because of its location in nature, you can make beautiful walks and bike tours from the park.

The tents
On this campsite you can book two identical panorama tents (with own kitchen and sanitary facilities). The tents are suitable for 4 people and therefore perfect for a family, as a family or as a couple to stay nice and spacious. What immediately stands out is the panoramic view. Through the large windows there is a lot of light coming in. Together with the high ceiling, this gives a pleasant feeling of space. From the open kitchen you look out over the Drenthe meadows, where the horses are grazing. And at the front of the lodge you have a view of the lake.

The campsite
At the campsite you will experience a carefree holiday by the water. The swimming lake has a white sandy beach and grassy sunbathing area, all privately owned. The beach is not a public beach where anyone can just walk on and off. So there is always plenty of space. For the little ones, there are playgrounds in the campground and on the beach. Across the lake you will find a cozy beach pavilion with a terrace. During the school vacations the animation team is ready to entertain the children.

Do you want a day out in Drenthe? In the area there is plenty to do for young and old. For example, take a bike ride through the landscape of Drenthe and go in search of one of the dolmens. Other tips in the area include the Drents Museum in Assen, the prison museum in Veenhuizen, Familiepark Nienoord (for small children) in Leek or Duinenzathe amusement park in Appelscha.
