About this accommodation
This lovely tent is located on a small farm campsite. The campsite is spacious with lots of green. Sheep graze on the adjacent meadow and hares and deer can regularly be spotted. Calves, pigs, goats, rabbits, and chickens live on the farm next to the campsite as well. You will also find a tea room with freshly baked cake and high tea on the campsite. This location is perfect for anyone who enjoys a casual vacation atmosphere.
The safari tent for 4 people is fully equipped, with beds and comforters (there is one double bed and one bunk bed), and a kitchen with a kettle, coffee machine, stove, and plenty of crockery. There is also a lovely veranda where you can enjoy the sunset. Showers, toilets and dishwashing facilities can be found in the sanitary building.
Surroundings
There are many nice walking and cycling routes to discover in the vicinity of the campsite. Lemmer and Giethoorn are also nearby and are worth a visit. You can also explore and enjoy the water by (whisper) boat, canoe or during a boat trip with the forester. The area invites you to go out in every possible way; by car, bicycle, boat or on foot.

We can only find superlatives for the days we were there. The peace and quiet, the hospitality, the nice, spacious safari tent, ... And a breakfast, different every day but always freshly made by the friendly owners. Really recommend it!!!
Wij kunnen alleen maar superlatieven vinden voor de dagen dat we daar waren. De rust, de gastvrijheid, de leuke, ruime safaritent, ... en een ontbijt, elke dag anders maar altijd vers aangebracht door de vriendelijke eigenaars. Echt een aanrader!!
