Luxury beach house by the water incl. boat

This luxury 6-person vacation home (built in 2021) has a spacious private garden, a terrace, and deck right by the water. The unobstructed view is absolutely unique. You will enjoy a wonderful vacation with lots of rest and privacy. The house is situated directly by a lake where you can swim.

The house can accommodate up to six 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids). There are 3 bedrooms. Two with a luxury 2-person box spring and 1 with a bunk bed. From the living room with its large dining table, you can enjoy your view over the water. The luxury kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a large fridge, a freezer, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. In the hall is a separate toilet with luxury sink. The bathroom has a large rain shower, a double sink and second toilet. Outside there is a shed with an extra fridge and space for bicycles etc. During your stay, you have access to a small boat with an electric motor to cruise around with. When the weather is nice, you can sit on the deck by the water until late in the evening and enjoy the marine atmosphere. Dogs are not allowed in the house.

Please note that the house is adjacent to a paid fishing water. You angle your own carp from the deck (if available and for a fee to Carp Nijstad, prices see website).

Surroundings
This energy neutral vacation home is located in the quiet Southwest Drenthe just outside the cozy Hoogeveen and within walking distance of the village of Echten. In Hoogeveen, you can enjoy a day of shopping, go to the cinema or theater, go bowling or solve an escape room. Peace, space and nature are plentiful in the immediate vicinity. The Boswachterij Ruinen are nearby for hikers, cyclists and there is a challenging Giant Track for mountain bikers. The network of cycling and walking routes in the immediate vicinity is very extensive. There is also the fantastic play forest 't Roekpad 1.5 km away. For delicious food and drink and all kinds of activities such as renting a sup, canoe, pedal boat or e-chopper, Nijstad beach and Nijstad pavilion are within walking distance.

Drenthe has much to offer. The house is located near 3 National Parks (Dwingelderveld, Weerribben-Wieden and Drents Friese Wold) and the cities of Hoogeveen and Meppel. The recently Unesco-awarded Koloniën van Weldadigheid is also worth a visit. Fishing is also possible in the Hoogeveense Vaart right behind the house (with a fishing license).
