Wellness house with private beach on large lake

Are you a lover of the water, wellness and nature? Then you have come to the right place. A house on a large recreational lake and its own private beach, the ideal ingredients for a great holiday. Swimming and supping in good weather and in the cold winter months in the sauna and maybe even ice skating on the lake. The hot tub also provides much needed relaxation. The accommodation can be found in the beautiful province of Overijssel.

The vacation home
The house is modernly furnished for 6 people and is a wonderful place to spend holidays with the family. It was built fairly recently and furnished with modern furniture. On the first floor is an entrance hall with checkroom, toilet and stairs upstairs. The living room includes a with comfortable seating area and TV, oval dining table for 6 people. The open kitchen has an induction hob, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Quooker and kettle, coffee machine (filter) and Nespresso machine (bring your own cups) with milk frother, Airfryer. There is a room with washer and dryer. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with 2 box-spring beds and a ceiling fan. There is 1 bedroom with double comforter, the other bedrooms with 2 single comforters. There are 2 extra long beds (2.20x0.90m). In the bathroom you will find a freestanding bathtub, large shower, sink and toilet.

The house has parking for 2 cars. At the rear is a garden, adjacent to the water with (hot water) outdoor shower. Furthermore, a terrace with dining table, a covered terrace with lounge set, private beach with direct access to the recreational lake, Finnish sauna, electric hot tub, trampoline, Sup, table tennis table and a barbecue (bring your own charcoal).

Surroundings
The house is located in a wooded area in the border area of the Vechtdal and the Reestdal. From the house you can cycle, mountain bike and walk in the beautiful nature. In the vicinity there are nice trips to, for example, Ommen, Dalfsen or Ootmarsum. Or visit the Sallandse Heuvelrug or adventure park Hellendoorn. After a few days of relaxation you will return home reborn.
