Vacation home (6 pers) with own private beach

This new vacation home can be found between the Vecht valley and the Reest valley near Hardenberg. The house is suitable for six people and is located right by a recreational lake where you can swim, pedal boat and fish. The cottage even has its own beach and pedal boat! Truly special.

The house has a modern and contemporary interior. There are three bedrooms (one with a double box spring bed and two bedrooms with two single box spring beds). In the living area, you can relax on the couches and armchairs. The living room also has a TV and a round dining table for seven people. The modern open kitchen has a breakfast bar, ceramic hob, large fridge, freezer (two drawers), oven, dishwasher, 'Nespresso' machine (bring your own cups), Bialetti percolator, kettle and wine fridge. The bathroom has a freestanding bath, large rain shower, large sink with two taps and toilet. There is also a room with washer and dryer.

The beautifully landscaped garden at the rear has several terraces including one with a dining table, a covered one with a lounge set, and another terrace on the beach with sun loungers. From here, you have a beautiful view over the water. While the children play on the trampoline or the beach, the adults can enjoy the Finnish sauna (fits six people) with a panoramic window. The jacuzzi can also be enjoyed with up to six people. You can also use the pedal boat (5 persons) and barbecue (Kamado, charcoal must be brought).

Surroundings
If you want to do something other than swimming in the lake, there is plenty to see in the area. You can go shopping at the village (approx. 7 km). Around 1 km from the house, there is also a small supermarket. There is a mountain bike route passing the house. Across from the recreational lake is a restaurant where you can go for a snack and a drink. Furthermore, there are beautiful natural areas in the immediate vicinity such as Fayersheide, Wierdense Veld and Sallandse Heuvelrug. Slagharen amusement park near Hardenberg is a great experience for children. The adventure park Hellendoorn is also nearby.
