Magnificent city palace in Ghent

This beautiful mansion is located in the middle of the historic city of Ghent. The 18th-century building was commissioned by Count and Countess Dhane-Steenhuyze as a winter palace. Later the mansion was inhabited by Mayor Minne-Barth (mayor of Ghent from 1837 to 1840). At the beginning of this century, the current owners expertly renovated the property. In the exclusive bed and breakfast, you will find much of the original grandeur, but with a contemporary twist.

This spacious suite combines a contemporary style with traditional elements that are typical of this building. The suite has a bedroom with a king-size bed, an imperial bathroom with a shower, toilet and lovely bathtub, and a separate lounge with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The more than 70 m2 suite is suitable for an unforgettable and romantic stay. The double bed has satin sheets and a natural down comforter. You will also find a minibar and coffee corner.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the B&B. The delicious breakfast is optional and served in the beautiful dining room.
