This old farmhouse can be found on a cozy campsite in Friesland. In the farmhouse, there is a beautiful B&B with a beautiful view.

You sleep in a cozy room with lots of light. There is a lovely, spacious window seat from which you can enjoy the sunset. The shower and toilet are in the hallway opposite the room and shared with other guests of the bed & breakfast.

Downstairs, you can have breakfast in the art-deco-painted breakfast room or, weather permitting, outside in the secret garden, where you imagine yourself in a small Mediterranean paradise. For swimming enthusiasts, there is a lovely natural swimming pond available.

The campsite is a meeting place for nature lovers and active outdoor people, those who enjoy walking, cycling, kite surfing, windsurfing, surfing, canoeing, and fishing. The IJsselmeer and the picturesque Elfsteden towns, the Gaasterland forests and the Frisian lakes are a wonderful base for many active vacations, where time can stand still for a moment. The nearby train and bus station Hindeloopen with connections to Sneek, Leeuwarden (Cultural Capital 2018) and Stavoren (a boat connection to Enkhuizen) make travelling all over Friesland with its diverse landscapes and the IJsselmeer coast super accessible.
