Authentic Balinese house with veranda

This cottage has been inhabited for 60 years in Bali and is now for rent as a special overnight stay in the Brabant countryside. The house is completely handmade and ideal for a romantic night!

This authentic Balinese house breathes atmosphere and romance and is unique in the Netherlands. In this house, you really get in touch with nature because there is no glass in the windows. You can close the wooden shutters of the windows to make the house dark. Wake up to a bird concert and then sit on the porch with the morning sun on your face. Let some water sprinkle over you under the outdoor shower and your day cannot be ruined. With the tiled roof, the cottage is guaranteed to cool you down in the summer months.

Besides a generous double bed with mosquito net, the cottage has a sitting area with two retro rattan chairs and a dresser that can also be used as a changing table. Perfect if you're travelling with a baby! The kitchen has a fridge, cold running water, two induction hobs and a coffee maker. Toilets and showers can be found in the central toilet building. You'll go back to basic in this special cottage, but with sufficient comfort.

The cottage is located in a quirky courtyard with a number of other special accommodations (also bookable at Vipio). Small scale, freedom and creativity are words that describe this place well. In the surroundings, you can make lovely walks, and you can swim in the river. The cities of Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Tilburg are within easy reach of this place. All ingredients for a wonderful vacation are right there!
