Shipping container with sanitary facilities

Experience the outdoors with an extra touch of comfort in this unique 4-person sea container with private sanitary facilities. This rugged, recycled container is smartly designed with a double bed and a bunk bed in one cosy space — perfect for families who enjoy being together but also appreciate convenience. Right next to the container, you'll find your own private bathroom unit with a shower, sink, and toilet. The container is centrally located in a lively holiday park in Flevoland, where there’s plenty to do, especially in the high season. From treasure hunts and obstacle courses to live performances and cosy evenings — there's something for everyone.

Accommodation
The converted sea container is practically laid out with a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed in one inviting space. No need to worry about linens — bedding and a linen package are provided. You'll also have a mini fridge, a kettle, and your own table with chairs. Crockery is included; just bring your own pans and a gas cooker or barbecue for a fun meal under the stars. Next to the container, your private bathroom unit with a shower, sink, and toilet offers added convenience. The container is situated near the vibrant part of the campground, close to the beach pavilion. Please note that during weekends and the high season, you may hear sounds of lively activities and events nearby.

No cars are allowed in the campground; they can be parked in the shared parking lot.

The campsite
At this campsite you spend the night in the middle of wild nature. Besides a wonderful place to spend the night, when you book you also get access to our vast nature reserve, where you normally have to pay 7.50 pp. Furthermore, there are many activities you can do. There is an obstacle course and nature playground. Furthermore, you can rent SUPs, canoes and bikes. Fishing is also allowed on the waters near the campground. At the beach pavilion you can enjoy a delicious snack on the spacious terrace or inside by the wood-burning stove. In high season the pavilion is open 7 days a week, in low season it is open Friday through Sunday. You can use the WiFi network at the park for free.

The campground also offers opportunities for swimming. Here no one is present who has a view of what happens in the water. So here is your own responsibility.

The area
In the beautiful surroundings there is much to see and do. For example, go on foot or by bike to the Voorsterbos or the Waterloopbos, visit Giethoorn or explore the World Heritage Site of Schokland. Options also include the Orchideeënhoeve, the Tulip Route, the Birds of Prey Farm, the Aviodrome and the go-kart track in Lelystad.
