This luxury villa for 6 people is located directly on the water of nature park Lauwersmeer. The interior is modern. You will find a comfortable sitting area with cozy gas fireplace and a spacious dining table. The open kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and separate sink is also on the first floor. The toilet is separate from the entrance. The second floor has two large double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Through the doors in the living room you reach the garden with a lovely sunny terrace with whirlpool and barbecue.

The villa has a shared swimming jetty. Next to the house is space to park the car - with its own charging station. Pets are not allowed.
