The Accommodation
This accommodation is a romantic two-person suite with a jacuzzi, a fireplace, and a home theater. In the living and sleeping area, you’ll find a cozy dining table with chairs, a TV, and a comfortable double bed. A Nespresso machine and an electric kettle are provided. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, a hair dryer, and a toilet, and you can shower together under two wonderful showerheads. In addition, the private garden adjacent to the suite features a private 4-person sauna and hot tub (jet stream & bubbles) for your exclusive use, with a view of the garden. In the adjacent wellness garden, there’s a shared panoramic sauna and a hammock grove. Here, you can take lovely walks and enjoy the beautifully landscaped paths and plantings. In the evening and at night, the garden is beautifully illuminated in various colors, creating a stunning spectacle. You’ll also have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and underfloor heating, and there’s free private parking at the property.

After booking, you can reserve a delicious breakfast directly with the host for €29.50 per breakfast for two people. Breakfast is delivered in the morning in a cozy picnic basket to your accommodation, so you can decide for yourself when you’d like to enjoy it. For lunch or dinner, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. There are also several restaurants and delivery services in the area. Orders are delivered to our delivery box at the front desk, so you can easily pick them up there and then enjoy them at your own pace in the comfort of your accommodation.

The Surroundings
Start your day with a relaxing walk through the estate’s woods. The estate covers 6 hectares and consists entirely of mixed woodland where roe deer and other forest animals are regularly spotted. Herons, falcons, and tawny owls—nature lovers will be in their element. The estate is located near the Maasduinen area, which is known for its beautiful walks and healing groundwater springs.
