Kitchen 9 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The bookable additional room (16 m2, extra) for 2 people is on the same floor and has 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen) and a seat as well as a bathroom / toilet (5 m2). A baby and / or toddler as an additional person is not allowed.

Historical 2-family house, built in 1560. In the centre of Schwalenberg, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, traffic calmed area, 100 m from the stream. For shared use: natural garden 500 m2, meadow 500 m2, orchard 500 m2, courtyard. Barbecue, public parking on the road. Shop 400 m, grocery 4 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 400 m, café 4 km, bus stop "Steinheimer Strasse" 200 m, railway station "Steinheim" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schiedersee 6 km. Please note: car not advisable. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same residence. Natural garden with grapevines. The owner has his own vineyard and runs a wine trade. In the yard in front of the house there is a paved forecourt (100 m2) with a small public restaurant for tasting wines from mainly German countries. Wine tastings, hikes and singing together can be booked on request and for a fee, as well as an in-house laundry service (washing / drying / ironing).
