Forest cabin for 4 people on family campsite

This nice nature cottage is very suitable for families with children. You will be staying at a cosy family campground in the middle of nature. The campsite offers many facilities for the children so they will not be bored during the holiday. There is also plenty to do in the area, from days out to walks in the neighboring National Park.

The holiday home
In this cabin you can stay with up to 4 people. The accommodation has in the kitchen a gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator with freezer and a dining table with chairs. There is also a bunk bed in the separate living area. The rooms are heated by a pellet stove and an infrared panel. There is also an enclosed bedroom, here there is a double bed. Sanitary facilities are located in a small house on the outside of the accommodation. Here you will find a shower and a toilet.

Furthermore, there is free wifi, a furnished terrace, there are reading books and games.

The campsite
During your stay there are various facilities available for a successful holiday. On the campsite you can rent bikes and go-karts, there is a playground for children and in high season there is a sandwich store and a recreational program. The campground is about 1 km from the village, where, when the campground store is closed, you can find a supermarket.

The surroundings
In the vicinity of the campground, you can make beautiful cycling and hiking trips. Discover areas where you can still find free roaming Scottish Highlanders. Moreover, there are numerous possibilities for day trips in Drenthe. Visit the Hunebedcentrum in Borger (40 minutes away), explore Wildlands zoo in Emmen (45 minutes) or hike along the Boomkroonpad in Drouwen (50 minutes). Giethoorn, also called the Venice of the North, is also within reach (30 minutes by car). Rent a whisper boat there and discover this historical village from the water.
