Historical bridge house in Amsterdam's center

This bridge house in Amsterdam is unique in its appearance. From a distance, this 1956 house appears to float above the water. This used to allow the bridge keeper to better see the boats approaching. The white cubic structure with black, blue and yellow details are reminiscent of "De Stijl.

The accommodation
