Special cozy holiday home in Egmond

In the immediate vicinity of the North Holland dune reserve in Egmond Binnen lies the rustic vacation home with cosy sleeping loft.

A lovely holiday home suitable for 4 persons (parents with 2 children from 6 years old or for 4 adults). The accommodation is comfortably furnished and is heated by a large wood stove. Two large sliding doors allow the house and terrace to merge so you can enjoy the outdoors. The loft serves as a second bedroom with two single beds and is directly connected to the living room. It is accessed by a loft ladder. These stairs are less/not suitable for small children (under 6 years old). The cottage has a spacious garden with two large trees, lots of greenery, a generous terrace (plenty of sun and shade), and parking for the car in front.

The last 50 metres of the road is unpaved and quite narrow (unsuitable for motorhomes and extremely wide cars). At the cottage, however, parking and turning can be done '

Surroundings
The house is within walking distance (200 metres) from the dunes. Through the dunes you can easily cycle to the beach (3 km). Of course you can also go by car to Castricum aan Zee or Egmond aan Zee (5 km). There is a large supermarket in Egmond-Binnen (2 km). Alkmaar is 15 kilometres away, Haarlem 25 and Amsterdam 40 kilometres away. The Castricum/Bergen area is 25 km from Schiphol Airport. During the day and early in the morning (with south/southwest winds) there may be air traffic from time to time. Most guests indicate that in general they are not or not particularly bothered by this. However, if you are hypersensitive to air traffic we do not recommend our cottage. Egmond has a real family beach with a length of no less than 8 kilometres so you can take long beach walks against the setting sun, while the children search for shells. Near the apartment, nature offers you a varied landscape. The beautiful lighthouse is already an attraction in itself. You are also close to the picturesque artist village of Bergen and the lovely city of Alkmaar for a day of shopping or a visit to one of the many catering establishments.
