Sleeping in a tram with the whole family

Meet the cutest tram in the Netherlands! After years of operation in Rotterdam, this streetcar is enjoying a well-deserved retirement at our campsite. Instead of transporting people, it now makes its space available for people to spend the night.

The tram consists of three parts. One part is furnished as a sleeping area. Here are three bedrooms. A large one with a double bed and two smaller ones each with bunk beds. The middle section is equipped with a bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The third section is comfortably furnished as a living room with TV. There is also a large terrace outside.

The streetcar is heated by central heating and there is also a pellet boiler (including pellets) in the living room.

The site is located in the region of Wieringerwerf in North Holland. In the immediate vicinity there is plenty to do and you can take lovely walks. Also the cosy seaside resort Callantsoog is only 40 minutes away. Furthermore, the 'Lutjestrand' on the IJsselmeer is nice to visit. And if you prefer to visit a city, then you can drive to Alkmaar or Amsterdam.

For reasons of hygiene, book the bed linen per person. The landlord then ensures that the beds are made upon arrival. Kitchen linen is provided. You only need to bring your own towels for showering.

The streetcar doors are open for you on the day of arrival from 15:00 and on the day of departure please leave the streetcar before 11:00.
