And that is just a 20-minute walk from the beach and the sea. An ideal place for a nice stay in spring or summer. But also in the colder months of the year, this is an ideal location. On a cold day, you can warm up by the fireplace after a lovely walk on the beach.

On the first floor are the living room with a cosy sitting area and a fireplace, a TV, the dining table, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Through the double doors, you step out onto the terrace and into the garden. On the second floor, there are 3 nice bright bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds) and a beautiful bathroom with a shower, sink and even a sauna! The holiday home is ideal for a family or 2 couples with young children, for example.

Surroundings
The holiday home is located only 2 km from the beach and the sea, so you can walk or cycle straight there. For daily shopping you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance. In the area there is something for everyone, the cosy village of Egmond aan zee is one and a half kilometres away, but also the artist village of Bergen and the historical centre of Alkmaar are definitely worth a visit. Would you like to seek peace and quiet and space or be sporty, go to the beach, the dunes or the woods, these places are not far away either.
