Wellness penthouse in a soccer stadium

This unique wellness penthouse is located on the 5th floor of the Roda JC soccer stadium. Here you will experience a luxury wellness overnight stay to remember. On match days, you can watch the game from the private indoor skybox. A (romantic) night to remember! The penthouse is for rent for a maximum of 2 persons.

Because this used to be an inhabited penthouse, all facilities are present for a complete stay. You will have the empire all to yourself and optimal privacy is provided both inside and outside. The penthouse is 285 m2, including an indoor skybox, accessible via a spiral staircase. Both during, and outside the matches, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the playing field. The spacious roof terrace features a 7-person spa and 4-person barrel sauna (use of barrel sauna optional). In the penthouse itself, there is a 5-person spa, 4-person Finnish sauna and 2-person infrared cabin. Sonos in most rooms, Netflix, Spotify and dimmable lighting, provide a completely relaxing atmosphere.

Great attention is paid to details, furnishing and hygiene. Therefore, please note that for stays longer than 1 night, the landlord will visit at least once a day (before noon) for maintenance of the spas and filters. Used towels are then also immediately exchanged for clean ones. You reach the 5th floor via a (private) elevator, after which you come out in the cosy private hall. The basic breakfast is available on arrival at the location and can be prepared at your own time and in a manner of your choosing. A toaster is available in the penthouse.
For an additional fee, a freshly prepared, luxury breakfast can also be delivered to the hall between 09:00 and 11:00. This can be ordered as an option/alternative after your booking at the location itself.

Parking is free all around the stadium and always close to our entrance (excluding match days). Charging poles are plentiful even in the closest parking lot. Upon arrival you will receive an explanation of the facilities available, so you won't waste unnecessary time figuring out how things work and where to find everything. Upon arrival a welcome snack and drink will be waiting for you and in the kitchen, there is a well-stocked refrigerator with soft drinks, beer, wine, Cava and even salts and sweets available, all at reasonable prices.

Surroundings
Around the stadium there are several eateries (from the snack bar to pizzeria to restaurants), cinema, casinos, disco, modern bowling alley (from Dec. 2023), fitness studio, tanning studio and XL supermarket. Bus service within walking distance. Kerkrade itself has a nice centre with several restaurants, ice cream parlour and lovely terraces. Highly recommended for a nice bite to eat and a drink.
It also features the famous Gaia zoo and several museums. The nearby Mergelland offers numerous hiking trails with beautiful views and cosy places to drink and eat. The landlord is directly after booking on Vipio, contact via WhatsApp, with information about your stay and from that moment you can communicate everything through short lines. You will receive information about your stay, parking facilities and entrance. Is there a festive occasion for your stay? Would you like flowers? Tapas? Champagne? Festive decoration? That can then all be arranged directly and any additional prices, according to agreement with the landlord, settled.
