B&B in an art nouveau villa in Ghent

This beautiful villa was built in 1909 and was inspired by the English Cottage style, combined with style elements of the then-emerging Art Nouveau. The villa stands on a plot with a 3000 m2 garden and has been home to a small B&B with 2 guest rooms for several years.

The Bed and Breakfast is located only 3.5 kilometers from the center of Ghent. It is, therefore, an ideal accommodation if you want to visit this nice Belgian city.

The rooms are located on the second floor and are accessed from a private hallway where you will also find a stocked minibar and a coffee/tea maker. The rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a DVD player, a seating area and a private bathroom with bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. Free Wi-Fi and parking are available.

The breakfast room overlooks the garden and, weather permitting, breakfast can also be enjoyed outside. Homemade, local and fair trade products are offered. The owners of the B&B bake their own bread, make yoghurt from Fairebel milk and the cheese comes from a Ghent cheese factory. Breakfast is included in the price.

The B&B has a spacious lockable bike shed and regular bikes can be rented on-site (5 € per bike per day).
