Night on a raft - experience peace & nature!

How unique is this overnight stay?! You can find this raft in a wonderful spot along the Vecht. You will find yourself by a creek in the middle of nowhere. The raft is built with sustainable wooden materials and has a fantastic view. Waking up on this raft is an unforgettable experience.

The raft is small, but equipped with many facilities that ensure you a comfortable stay. For example, there is a double bed, a compact kitchen and washing facilities. There is even an eco toilet. It is a wonderful accommodation for guests who (with or without pets or children) want to spend their holiday in a unique way. The indicated price refers to a booking with 2 people. 2 extra people can be booked who can sleep on the pull-out bed. The raft is well insulated and there is a heater available, so you can stay here in early spring or late summer as well.

Camping equipment such as a sleeping bag, sheets, pillowcase, pocket knife and toiletries should be brought by yourself. It is also possible to book a bedding package. The package consists of a comforter, sheet, comforter cover and 2 pillowcases. Costs are 7.50 euros per person.

Surroundings
The raft is located on a jetty near the historic Fort Uitermeer. Fort Uitermeer is part of the Old and New Dutch Waterline and the Defence Line of Amsterdam. Next to the fort is a restaurant where you can enjoy coffee and cake, lunch or dinner after a bike ride. The walking route 'Rondje Naardermeer' also passes by the fort. The raft is quietly situated near the sloop harbor surrounded by the nature reserve of, among others, the Naardermeer and the Vecht. From there various activities are possible, including walking, cycling or canoeing on the Vecht. A special canoe landing makes it easy to explore the Vecht and its creeks by canoe or kayak. It is possible to rent a canoe on the spot.
