This cottage on the water can be found on the beautiful grounds of an informative and educational center that focuses on nature, recreation, and education for the ornamental horticulture sector. The historic site is located in Boskoop, in the middle of the Green Heart of the Netherlands and centrally located between the cities of Amsterdam, Utrecht, and The Hague. In addition to a number of special overnight accommodations, the location includes 2 catering establishments and a regional store. Here visitors can visit the terrace for coffee/tea, breakfast, lunch, drinks and regional products.

This accommodation is fully equipped, so you can enjoy several days here. The houseboat has a bedroom with a double bed, a toilet, bathroom (with shower), kitchen (microwave, stove, kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator) and a living room with a sofa bed for a third person. The accommodation has two terraces where you can enjoy the surroundings. There is a terrace right by the water, and there is a second terrace on the upper floor. This roof terrace is situated in a greenhouse, so you can sit here even when the weather isn't ideal. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the polder landscape. It is also possible to book breakfast. The B&B also has Wi-Fi.
