The cottage is suitable for 2 people and has a large living room (over 70 m2) with a modern open kitchen. The kitchen has a cooking island with an induction hob and an extractor. The kitchen is well-equipped. If you like cooking, you can do that perfectly well here. The living area is comfortable and stylishly furnished and has underfloor heating as well as a lovely wood stove. The large dining table can also serve as a workplace. Each window offers a view of the garden and nature. Through the sliding doors, you can go from the living room to the spacious garden, where you can enjoy the sun on the terrace. The master bedroom has a generous double bed (180x220 cm) and doors to the private garden. The design bathroom contains a rain shower.

The cottage is situated on an estate and within walking distance of the Paterswoldemeer. Here you can swim, sail and sail. There are also several good restaurants around the lake. The many nature reserves in the immediate vicinity such as Friescheveen, De Onlanden and National Park Drentsche Aa offer numerous cycling and hiking opportunities. The city of Groningen is just 10 kilometers, and Assen is 20 kilometers away. A large supermarket and a number of specialty stores are within walking and cycling distance.
