Monumental bungalow in Drenthe (2 pers.)

This monumental 2-person bungalow was built under the architecture of the Amsterdam School. The bungalow can be found on a fun and versatile campsite in the Drenthe woods.

The bungalow
The living room and kitchen of the bungalow are decorated with a nod to the 1930s, when this bungalow was designed. Be surprised by the special details and contemporary conveniences in a unique, wooded location. The bungalow features a room with a double bed (including bed linen). The kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, pans, utensils, a refrigerator with freezer, kettle, a filter coffee maker and gas stove, among other things. Your bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. On the terrace you will find a porch with swing set and patio furniture. Parking at the bungalow

The campsite
On the campsite you will find all the ingredients for a successful and well-deserved holiday. There is a cozy restaurant, snack bar, small store and it is possible to get freshly baked rolls and a newspaper every morning. Would you like to explore the surroundings? Then you can also rent bikes at the campsite.

Swimming pool
The campsite has its own swimming pool with a sliding roof. This allows you to swim inside in bad weather, but enjoy a lovely outdoor pool with sunbathing area when the weather is nice. The pool is heated to 29 degrees in both summer and winter.

The environment
Besides making wonderful cycling and hiking trips in Drenthe, there is much more to see and experience. For example, visit the prison museum in Veenhuizen, the Hunebedcentrum in Borger or Castle Nienoord in Leek. Do you prefer a day of shopping or grabbing a terrace? Then Assen (10 minutes) and Groningen (30 minutes) are within easy reach from the campsite.
