Luxury vacation home in Germany with sauna

This vacation home for eight people is located on a spacious and lively vacation park in the 'Eifel region' of Germany. The beautiful nature and the many excursion possibilities make it one of the most popular areas for a vacation in Germany. The luxurious semi-detached house has three floors and a living area of approximately 115 m2. The vacation home has four bedrooms with two single beds each. Through one of the bedrooms you can reach the terrace. In addition, the house has two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, a sink, a toilet and a private sauna. On the first floor of the house you will find the cozy living room with a dining area and a sitting area equipped with a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a radio / CD player. The fully equipped open kitchen has a gas hob, a microwave and a dishwasher. On the first floor, there is also a separate toilet and a storage room. From the living room, you can walk to the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture that give you a sitting area where you can enjoy the beautiful view.

Of course, your accommodation has free Wi-Fi. You can park your car in the central parking lot within walking distance.

Park
The park has various facilities. At the supermarket in the park you can get delicious warm bread rolls, fresh orange juice and various spreads and cold cuts every day. There is also a restaurant in the park. On the menu are various dishes. There is also an extensive children's menu for the little ones. Furthermore, the pizzeria is a great place to dine in or for takeaway. In the summer months, you can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool at the resort. Enjoy the sunshine and a delicious ice cream on the sun loungers by the pool. From your lounger you have a breathtaking view of the Rur valley. There is also a lovely heated indoor pool! If you want to discover the surroundings, you can also go to the bicycle rental at the park.

Surroundings
In the vicinity of the park, there is a lot to do. You can go hiking or biking in the surrounding nature. A visit to the town of Monschau is also worthwhile. This is one of those picturesque towns you must see. The small German city is located at the edge of the Eifel and the Belgian Ardennes. In the historic center of Monschau, little has changed in the past 200 years. Would you rather do something more active? Then visit the theme park Phantasialand.

Unfortunately, due to its location, this accommodation is not suitable for people in wheelchairs. The villas are built on a slope and therefore not or less suitable for people with mobility problems.
