This special, small house is located on a small campsite near Emmen. A wonderful place to enjoy the tranquility and nature. The cottage is suitable for 3 adults and a child. There is a double bed and a single bed. The couch can be transformed into a crib with a high-quality mattress. From the beds, you can look at the stars through the windows. The inside of the hobbit cottage is completely made of second-hand materials and there is a nice, warm heater available. There is also a Nespresso machine and kettle. In the cozy outdoor kitchen of the campsite you can use a shared refrigerator and there is opportunity to cook. Here you will also find the clean sanitary building.
You can go hiking or biking in the vicinity of the campsite. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind. If you're looking for a bit more activity, there are various tourist attractions in the immediate vicinity, such as the tree top path in Borger, visiting a dolmen and the Veenpark in Barger-Compascuum. In addition, the center of Emmen is very lively. Go shopping or grab a drink on a pleasant terrace, for example. Adventure Zoo Wildlands in the center of Emmen is also worth a visit.

It was really great to stay in, everything you need is there. Sofa, table and chair, mini fridge, plates, cutlery and cups, etc. The people are super friendly and helpful. I was totally zen after it.
Het was echt geweldig om in te verblijven, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Bank, tafel en stoel, mini koelkastje, borden, bestek en bekers, etc. De mensen zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik was helemaal zen erna.

A girlfriends weekend in a hobbit cottage. We enjoyed the cottage itself but also the campsite and the friendly owners. Drenthe geniality. Beautiful surroundings for hiking and cycling. We will definitely come back again.
Een vriendinnen weekend in een hobbithuisje. We hebben genoten van het huisje zelf maar ook van de camping en de vriendelijke eigenaren. Drentse gemoedelijkheid. Mooie omgeving om heerlijk te wandelen en te fietsen. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Charming cottage where a lot of love was visibly put into it. We as Lord of the Rings fans enjoyed it! Beds are comfortable, cottage was equipped with many conveniences. Plumbing and kitchen are within easy reach and are clean and complete.
Charmant huisje waar zichtbaar veel liefde in is gestopt. Wij als Lord of the Rings fans hebben genoten! Bedden zijn comfortabel, huisje was van vele gemakken voorzien. Sanitair en keuken liggen op prima afstand en zijn schoon en volledig.
