About this accommodation
The mill is suitable as a vacation home for two people. The mill has a cozy living room with a sitting area, TV with Netflix and Amazon prime. The kitchen has an induction stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. In the bedroom you will find a very comfortable bed. The bathroom with a wonderful shower is small but modern, and has a great view over the meadows.
The mill is located in the middle of the nature reserve de Groene Ster, not far from Leeuwarden. It is surprising to find such a beautiful nature reserve so close to a city. If you like walking or cycling, you can go in all directions from the mill. Near the mill, you will also find a recreation area with a beach, where you can swim and sunbathe in summer.
Not far from the accommodation, there is a beautiful golf course and a miniature golf course. A must is the animal park Aqua Zoo. Within fifteen minutes you can be in the center of Leeuwarden where you can go shopping, enjoy a terrace, book a street art tour or take a trip through the canals.

Beautiful authentic mill equipped with modern plumbing and a lovely bed, beautiful details and the electric bikes were handy in the polder where it is almost always windy. Also nice contact with the hostess. We enjoyed :).
