The apartment has a surface area of about 58 m2 and a cozy living room with a sitting and dining area, and a television. The apartment has two bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a spacious bedroom with two 1-person box spring beds. Via a staircase, you reach the second floor with a bedroom with two single beds. Through the double doors, you enter the terrace overlooking the water. The terrace is very spacious and equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a parasol. The bathroom has a walk-in shower; the toilet is separate. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. (Note: no cooking facilities.) For breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can go to the restaurant in the park which is located within a few meters of walking distance. A crib and/or high chair can be arranged.

The park has a natural playground and a large lawn where children can play. Directly adjacent to the park is a (public) swimming lake. The restaurant in the park has a spacious terrace. The historic building with its authentic mill is used as an ice cream parlor where you can enjoy traditional ice cream.

The immediate vicinity of this accommodation offers a lot to do. The Uitgeestermeer is perfect for sailing, cycling and walking. If you want to visit a city, then cities like Alkmaar, Zaandam, Haarlem and Amsterdam are no more than 30 minutes away. For a sea and beach day, you can go to Castricum aan Zee, Wijk aan Zee or Egmond aan Zee. Museums such as the Zaanse Schans, the archaeological center Huis van Hilde and the Bunker Museum in IJmuiden are also well worth a visit.
