This spacious semi-detached holiday home spans approximately 190 m2 and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. With 4 bedrooms, there is ample space for everyone. Three bedrooms feature two comfortable single box-spring beds each, while the fourth bedroom includes two single box-spring beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home boasts 3 bathrooms, 2 equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, and another with a shower, sink, and bathtub. The generous living room is adorned with stylish furnishings, offering a large seating area and a dining space where you can gather together. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV. The well-appointed open kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with two dishwashers, an oven, a combination microwave, a Quooker boiling water tap, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Step outside and relax on the spacious terrace (veranda) at the front of the house, furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. From here, you can enjoy a clear view of the children's playground, allowing you to unwind while keeping an eye on the little ones as they play. At the rear of the accommodation, you'll find a fenced backyard, offering a private outdoor space. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the holiday home, and upon request, a crib and high chair can be provided during your stay.

For those who love outdoor cooking, there is an option to use the outdoor kitchen (barbecue use can be booked separately). The outdoor kitchen features a table and a versatile, luxurious barbecue with a generous cooking surface, allowing you to prepare meals for your entire group with ease.

Within the holiday park, you'll find an excellent restaurant (open Wednesday to Monday) with a spacious terrace where you can unwind on sunny days. The authentic mill on-site has been converted into an ice cream parlour, offering a wide selection of traditional ice cream flavours. Snacks are also available for your convenience.

Within a short distance, you can explore charming cities including Alkmaar, Zaandam, Haarlem, Amsterdam, and Schiphol Airport, all reachable within 30 minutes. If you're craving a day at the beach, Castricum aan Zee, Wijk aan Zee, and Egmond aan Zee are easily accessible.
