Very nice new vacation home, to the center of Medemblik about 2 KM, easy to reach on foot. Suitable for 4 persons. Heating of the rooms (heat pump) can only be controlled via the reception. We found the reception staff unfriendly.
Sehr schönes neues Ferienhaus, zum Ortszentrum Medemblik ca. 2 KM, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Heizung der Räume (Wärmepumpe) nur über die Rezeption zu steuern. Personal der Rezeption empfanden wir unfreundlich.

As good as new and located on the lake. All facilities are available. We were in winter but is good to keep warm. Beds are fine. Parking around the corner but you can get to the door by car.
Zo goed als nieuw en gelegen aan het meer. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Wij waren in de winter maar is goed warm te houden. Bedden zijn prima. Parkeren om de hoek maar je kan wel met de auto voor de deur komen.

It was great! Everything as expected, place also easily found and facilities were great. Super clean and the hot tub and jaccuzi work perfectly also easy to use with a manual. Breakfast also top and nice and fresh. Definitely recommended!
Het was top! Alles naar verwacht, plek ook makkelijk gevonden en de faciliteiten waren prima. Super proper en de hottub en jaccuzi werken perfect ook makkelijk te gebruiken met een handleiding. Ontbijt ook top en lekker vers. Zeker een aanrader!
We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was cozy, clean and equipped with every comfort. The quiet location made it perfect to really relax. Furthermore, nice environment (nature and city). Definitely a place we would love to come back to.
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Het was gezellig, proper en van alle comfort voorzien. De rustige ligging maakte het perfect om echt te ontspannen. Verder toffe omgeving (natuur en stad). Absoluut een plek waar we graag nog eens terugkomen.
It was difficult to get pleasantly warm in the residence. The stove as a heat source is small. We did not manage to cook on the stove, the heat plate did not get warm. The toilet was already quite full on arrival and therefore smelled unpleasant.
Het was lastig om het aangenaam warm te krijgen in het verblijf. De kachel als warmtebron is klein. Het is ons niet gelukt om op de kachel te koken, de warmte plaat werd niet warm. Het toilet was al vrij vol bij aankomst en rook daardoor onaangenaam.

Top service! 1st day the sauna did not work and 2nd day the shower did not work. Here we got a day free as compensation and a better service I could not have expected a big 10!
Topservice! 1e dag werkte de sauna niet en 2e dag de douche niet. Hier hebben we een dagje gratis gekregen ter compensatie en een beter service had ik niet kunnen verwachten een dikke 10!

A great ambience, very well-kept and clean spa area. A very special way to spend the night. Check-in time from 20:00 h with longer briefing we found too late. The owner gave us more of a feeling of financial interest.

Beds were not clean and there were hairs on the pillows. The accommodation was freezing cold upon arrival.
