This beautiful boutique apartment can be found in the center of Middelburg, the capital of the province of Zeeland. The historic city has much to offer in both cultural and culinary terms. And of course, the Zeeland beaches are also nearby.

This beautifully furnished apartment has a unique design and a private terrace, air conditioning, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a rain shower and a shower toilet. There is a separate bedroom with a large 2-person box spring (180x210 cm.), large sofa, and desk. Furthermore, the apartment has 2 flat-screen TVs with Chromecast (Netflix, Youtube) and of course free Wi-Fi. It is part of a boutique hotel located 20 meters away.

The extensive breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast includes fresh orange juice, freshly baked rolls, yoghurt, Zeeland cheese, butcher's meats from Meliskerke, Zeeland jam and a number of other delicacies. And you don't even have to stand in line ... There is no buffet, but breakfast is served at the table. There is also a housekeeping service.

This apartment's concept colour is green. It has an area of 50 m2, a separate bedroom and a private terrace (52 m2). It is located on the second floor. The flooring is wooden. When you enter the apartment, you find yourself in the hall. To the right, you walk into the living room of 27m2 where there is a large sofa, an armchair and a dining table. You will also find the kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffeemaker and a kettle here. At the rear, you have access to the large terrace with seating possibilities. Back in the hall, you will find the bedroom on the left as well as the bathroom with hand and rain shower and sink. This apartment is the only one belonging to the hotel which features a large 2-person bathtub. The apartment is only accessible by stairs and is located on the 1st floor.

It is possible to stay here with 2 adults and 2 children (up to 14 years, no extra charge).
It is not possible to book with more than 2 adults.
