The building was formerly used as a bank office and has now been completely renovated. Today, the building houses a number of boutique apartments that can be rented for luxury stays.

This apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a large double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner included), towels, a hair dryer, a washer/dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is a separate toilet. In the living room, you will find a luxury sofa bed, a 6-person seating area and a TV with a Netflix function, among others. The open kitchen is fully equipped (4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates & cutlery, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine).

If you book for 5 people or more, the sofa bed is made up with a topper, quilt and extra pillows so that this bed sleeps just as comfortably as the bed in the bedroom.

The apartment is located in the middle of the shopping area, less than a 5-minute walk from St. John's Cathedral, the restaurant street "De Korte Putstraat" and the Central Station.
