Design forest house in the middle of nature

This design Boshuis (8 pers) is situated in a beautiful, quiet spot on the outskirts of the village of Appelscha in eastern Friesland. The cottage is situated in the forest, against the national park Drents-Friese Wold. The house is surrounded by 1000m2 private land. Here you can enjoy peace, nature and everything in the area to do.

The forest house has a total of 4 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. The house also has 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. The house is therefore ideal for a vacation with a large family or 2 small families. The house is spacious, 115m2 with a large covered terrace with garden table, outdoor stove and Weltevree pizza oven. Around the house is a woodland garden, where children can play on the trampoline or with the table tennis table. The natural house is equipped with: Nespresso, quooker, oven, 2 fridges, dishwasher, washer & dryer, TV, wifi, rain showers, underfloor heating & atmospheric stove inside. This design house was designed in collaboration with architect group Roderveld and furnished with brands such as Piet Hein Eek, HK living & Weltevree.

Get away from it all in a lovely quiet place surrounded by nature, yet close to the amenities of the village. At 500 m from the house there is a golf course and a beautiful swimming pool (see photos). Directly from the garden you can cycle or walk into the forest. There are several MTB routes around the corner and the National Park Drents-Friese Wold is just around the corner. Appelscha also has an amusement park for children: Duinenzathe. Wildlands Zoo in Emmen is just over half an hour away.
