This beautiful mansion is located in the middle of the historic city of Ghent. The 18th-century building was commissioned by Count and Countess Dhane-Steenhuyze as a winter palace. Later the mansion was inhabited by Mayor Minne-Barth (mayor of Ghent from 1837 to 1840). At the beginning of this century, the current owners expertly renovated the property. In the exclusive bed and breakfast, you will find much of the original grandeur, but with a contemporary twist.

The absolute eye-catcher of this stylishly decorated room is the romantic canopy bed. The bed is a nod to the past and therefore fits perfectly with the historic atmosphere of the building. The room also has a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, a private toilet and a seating area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV.
