About this accommodation
You will spend the night in a special place in the Brabant countryside, located in the ancient hamlet of Straten. This nostalgic and comfortable cottage is located on this historic spot, amidst beautiful nature. Surrounded by greenery, this is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Close to the accommodation there are countless walking and cycling routes through the surrounding nature. Not only is this vacation home situated in the middle of Het Groene Woud, and close to De Kampina nature reserve, it is also part of the Brabantse Kempen, one of the most popular regions in the Netherlands. And if you are looking for a bit more entertainment, you can easily drive to the Efteling theme park or the Safari Park Beekse Bergen.
The authentic building materials give the house a beautiful nostalgic look. Moreover, the house is fully equipped with a kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The sleeping accommodations in the tiny house consist of one double bed on the first floor and two single beds on the mezzanine where two children can sleep. This floor is accessible via a somewhat steep staircase. In addition, the landlord can provide a crib for you on request. Children under the age of three stay for free.
The hot tub (75 euros per day including wood) and the outdoor oven (25 euros per day including wood) can be reserved on location after your booking. Please note that we try to accommodate as many guests as possible, but we only have a limited stock available.
The nature house is located near the charming and monumental village of Oirschot. The village has over three hundred monuments. Oirschot is full of hidden gems. Both around the Market, in Spoordonk or de Beerzen, and in the extensive countryside. Let the village inspire you with its narrow streets and two beautiful churches in the center, hidden culinary surprises and various cultural secrets.

Mooi huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg centraal en landelijk gelegen. Heb er een hele fijne vakantie week gehad. Kom zeker nog een keer terug.

Nice and new cottage on a beautifully maintained property. Cottage fully equipped (good bathroom, full kitchen incl dishwasher, etc.) and hiply decorated. House was clean. Friendly welcome, good contact prior and during stay with owner. Child friendly (e.g. stair gate in the loft, trampoline on site, etc). It is a Tiny house, but large enough for two adults and two children. Highly recommended!
Leuk en nieuw huisje op een prachtig onderhouden terrein. Huisje van alle gemakken voorzien (goede badkamer, volledige keuken incl vaatwasser, etc.) en hip ingericht. Huisje was schoon. Vriendelijk ontvangst, goed contact voorafgaand en tijdens verblijf met eigenaar. Kindvriendelijk (oa traphekje vide, trampoline op terrein, etc). Het is een Tiny huis, maar voldoende groot voor twee volwassen en twee kinderen. Echte aanrader!
