Stylish stay in a unique setting

This beautiful houseboat is a special vacation accommodation in one of the most beautiful marinas in the Netherlands. The port is surrounded by the rolling hills of Limburg and is only 10 minutes (by bike or car) from downtown Maastricht. In the immediate vicinity of the port, there is also a large recreational lake (lake Oost-Maarland), and you can enjoy numerous hiking and biking trails.

Comfortable sleeping is guaranteed on this houseboat. The houseboat has two spacious bedrooms with queen-size box spring beds. For the 5th person, there is a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a sink with a mirror, shower and toilet. Sufficient towels are available for the duration of your stay. In the spacious living area, you will also find a kitchen which includes a stove, refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, cookware, glassware, dishes and cutlery. Furthermore, there is a dining table and a lounge/sleeping sofa. Of course, there is a TV, but you'll have the best view when you look outside through the large glass windows. Enjoy the beautiful marina and the surroundings, including the Sint Pietersberg. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature during summer. The houseboat also has 2 private terraces. There is a terrace on the first floor where you sit close to the water, and there is a rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace offers a panoramic view and is ideal to enjoy a beautiful sunset! It is also possible to add breakfast to your booking for an additional fee.

There's a luxurious restaurant right by the marina. Here you can enjoy a drink at the bar, a delicious lunch or a lovely dinner.

Please note that pets are not allowed on the houseboat, and it is not possible to watch international TV channels.
