The very spacious living room has an open kitchen with luxury appliances, a dining table, a closed wood fire and patio doors to the spacious terrace. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with box spring beds (2x single) and a shower. There is a separate toilet on the first floor. On the 2nd floor, there are 4 bedrooms (all with 2 luxury single box spring beds), a bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and sink and a TV room / extra bedroom. On the 3rd floor, there are 2 more bedrooms (equipped with 2 luxury single box spring beds) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The house has a spacious terrace, an indoor storage room and has 3 private parking spaces.

About 45 minutes from Maastricht is the Drielandenpunt, a special place where the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany meet. But there is also plenty to do at the park. For example, you may go for a nice swim or enjoy a meal in the park's restaurant.
