Heavenly night in a chapel

Have you ever wanted to spend the night in a church? Then this is your chance. After all, a night in this striking red chapel is truly something special!

The chapel is located on a property in Friesland with various special accommodations that can all be booked via Vipio.

Because the chapel is made entirely of wood, it has a cosy, homey and authentic atmosphere. You sleep in a romantic double box bed. The stained-glass windows, fireplace and antique furniture make the authentic feeling even more attractive. The cottage has central heating and therefore can be booked all year round and hot and cold running water. There is also a kettle, a coffee maker with filter, a two burner stove, basic cooking utensils and crockery.

The chapel is within walking distance of the well-maintained sanitary building. Here you can use the toilet and showers. In this room, there is also a complete kitchen with an induction stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator for common use.

The church is therefore ideal for a unique and relaxing holiday, where you can even experience a sense of camping.

There is also a Sauna (wood fired) on the premises. On the day of arrival, it is possible to reserve this. The sauna is for rent per hour. If the sauna is occupied, then there is unfortunately nothing we can do.

The church and the yard have an excellent location for anyone who during their holiday or weekend away is looking for peace, nature and / or culture. Go cycling and discover the many lovely villages in the area. Would you rather explore Friesland by boat? That's no problem. The landlord of this chapel has canoes and pedal boats for rent on site. Among other things, the village of Terherne (known from the Kameleon books) is easily accessible by canoe. Would you rather spend a day shopping or visiting a museum? Then you can go to the Frisian capital, Leeuwarden.
