With three bedrooms, a bright living room, and a spacious yard, there’s plenty of room to relax or enjoy active outings together. From the house, you can walk right to the IJsselmeer, where you can swim, sail, or just lounge on the beach. Your dog is also welcome to join you on your adventure. The picturesque town of Workum, with its outdoor cafes, shops, and cultural hotspots, is just a short distance away—perfect for a day trip. Accommodations
The house is 70 m² and thoughtfully laid out with three bedrooms—two with comfortable box-spring beds and a third with a bunk bed, perfect for children. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom with a spacious walk-in rain shower and a separate toilet for added comfort. The cozy living room has a seating area with a TV, a dining table, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop with an integrated range hood, a combination oven, and a dishwasher. Surrounding the home is a spacious garden of approximately 300 m² with a dining table, where you can enjoy the outdoors in peace and quiet. Whether you’re dining together in the sun, reading a book, or letting the kids play—this is the best of the outdoors. This home is fully electric, equipped with a heat pump, solar panels, and a private parking space. Pets are welcome.

The Resort
The home is part of a vacation resort, located right on the beach and the IJsselmeer. Children can have fun in the playgrounds or with the entertainment team (during peak season), while sports enthusiasts can head to the sports fields or take to the water for surfing, sailing, or stand-up paddleboarding. Bicycles and e-scooters are available for rent to explore the area. For a bite to eat and a drink, you can grab a table at the restaurant or the beach pavilion. For daily groceries, visit the store at the park entrance, and you can also take advantage of the bread delivery service. There’s also a sauna at the park for extra relaxation. You can moor your own boat at the marina next to the park.

Surroundings
In addition to enjoying yourself on or around the water, there’s plenty more to experience in the surrounding area. Discover, for example, the Frisian Lake District, picturesque villages, and the vast nature reserves of southwestern Friesland. Here, you can enjoy wonderful walks and bike rides. You’ll be staying just 2 kilometers from the charming town of Workum. This historical “Eleven Cities” town is known for its cozy streets and beautiful facades. Visit the Jopie Huisman Museum to see art with a story behind it, or discover the rich maritime tradition at the Frisian Maritime Museum in Sneek. At Museum Warkums Erfskip, you can delve into the history of Workum and the surrounding area. Another highlight is the impressive Ir. D.F.
