With a barrier-free layout, a spacious terrace, a sunroom that catches the morning sun, and a private bike shed, this accommodation offers a comfortable home base for the whole family. The Accommodation
Inside, the home features a barrier-free living area with a sitting area and a dining area. The well-equipped open kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals together. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a second with two single beds (90x200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Outside, you can relax on the spacious terrace and in the sheltered sunroom. There are two parking spaces on the property, and you can safely store your bikes in the lockable bike shed.

The Vacation Park
The park is located on the Drentse Hondsrug and offers excellent amenities. You’ll have access to a daily bread delivery service and a charging station for electric cars. The park also features a Grand Café with a terrace, a children’s playground with a pirate climbing tower, a bocce court, and rentals for bicycles (including e-bikes and mountain bikes) and SUP boards.

The Surroundings
From the house, you can walk or bike with your dog straight into the Gieten-Borger Forest. The 't Nije Hemelriek recreational lake is a short distance away, known for its clear water and wide sandy beach. The Drentsche Aa National Park and countless bike paths are also just around the corner. Regional attractions such as the Boomkroonpad, the Hunebedcentrum in Borger, the museum village of Orvelte, and WILDLANDS Adventure Zoo in Emmen are all within easy reach.
