The apartment
This 2 to 4 person apartment (62 m²) is situated on the ground floor of the residence. You can easily park your car in the underground garage, from where you can comfortably reach the apartment via the lift or stairs. The main bedroom features an extra large double bed (180x200) of high quality. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds (90x210), which can be placed together or separately as you prefer. The living room is spacious and tastefully furnished, flowing into a fully equipped, high quality kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob and Nespresso coffee machine, among other amenities. The modern, luxurious bathroom completes your stay and offers a feeling of ultimate comfort.

From your private garden and terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the dunes – a place where every day begins and ends in a special way. One dog is allowed in this apartment.

Surroundings
You’ll find peace and space at the unspoilt beach of Sint Maartenszee, one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands. The wide sandy beach is accessible via a route through the beautiful dune landscape directly from the apartment. Thanks to its central location, this is also an ideal base for exploring nearby villages, towns and attractions. The charming town of Schagen is only a few kilometres away, offering a pleasant mix of nature, culture and relaxation. In the cosy town centre, you can enjoy shopping, relaxing on terraces and admiring historic buildings. Within about 15 minutes you can also stand with your feet in the sand in Petten or Callantsoog. Day trips to places such as Alkmaar (with its famous cheese market) or the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen are also easy to make.
